Post Event Follow Up
This is an optional extra service we would recommend to be booked alongside the Exhibition Strategy & Planning service.
The most important part of the exhibiting process is actually following up after the event.
If you work out cost per lead and then multiply it by the number of leads you didn’t thoroughly follow up (£50 per lead x 20 leads = £1000). That’s how much money we have just wasted! If we don’t follow up the leads effectively then we will have wasted the entire budget you spent on the exhibition.
Research specifically looking at lead follow up and how proactive UK exhibitors really are after the show. Mystery shoppers visited over 10 shows and spoke to at least 20 exhibitors at each show. 63% of the exhibitors who took our details did not follow up the lead after the show.
It involves a 2 hour meeting to go through the follow up process including the supporting marketing materials. If you don't have the time to follow up all of the leads we can also offer you a range of options to support you to do this to make the most of the connections.
