Sales Team Training
This is an optional extra service we would recommend to be booked alongside the Exhibition Strategy & Planning service. It involves a 2 hour meeting to go through a bespoke training session to prepare your sales team to achieve their targets. They will learn why you are attending, how to achieve their targets, what to do on the stand and practicing open ended questions and how to approach attendees and delegates. It prepares you and your sales team with an exhibition checklist document for them to action during the event.
2 hour meeting: this is online or at a venue of your choice and bespoke to your company targets and goals.
During-Exhibition Checklist: You are then provided with a bespoke action plan with timeline for you and your sales team to action during the event.
This service is recommended if you have an in-house sales and account management team to action the deliverables agreed in the checklist during the show.
